For our client, we are seeking a Head of Content - Managing Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the content vision and editorial approach for a global organization, turning complex themes into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with key stakeholders. You will lead content strategy across channels, partner closely with senior leaders and Compliance, and ensure messaging supports business objectives while remaining consistent, credible, and risk-aware. The position calls for a strategic leader who can balance high-level direction with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Location: New York City, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $275,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global social media strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead creation of high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms
  • Plan and optimize social media campaigns based on data insights
  • Collaborate with leaders to simplify complex investment themes into social narratives
  • Maintain cohesive brand voice and messaging across all platforms
  • Work with Compliance on governance and risk management strategies
  • Analyze performance metrics and present insights to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in scaling content strategies, preferably in financial services
  • Strategic thinker with a blend of vision and execution skills
  • Experience managing content as a strategic asset within large organizations
  • Ability to effectively manage diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with capability to operate independently
