About the role

Our best marketing has always been sharing our lab results and product research to help people live healthier lives starting with what they consume.

You'll own what Oasis says including the content strategy, ideation, writing, and the production engine behind it. Our bar for quality in terms of design, accuracy and storytelling is extremely high.

To grow, you'll own user acquisition end to end: paid ads, UGC and creator campaigns, affiliates, SEO, and lifecycle email. You'll find what works, scale it, and build the systems to keep it compounding.

What you'll do

• Own content strategy and the production engine across every format and platform
• Lead UGC program
• Turn lab reports into stories worth retelling:
• Write in the Oasis voice
• Scale profitable platform ads
• Own email newsletters
• Ensure all comments and dms are replied to quickly
• Lead ideation for new content
• Direct and develop our teams of designers, writers and editors
• Improve SEO / AI SEO rankings
• Track what works, iterate fast, and scale winning formats
• Own creator partnerships
• Find other ways/channels to scale

- Exceptional writer and editor with taste and ability to write posts across platforms

- Relentless hunger to growth

- Strong existing portfolio that demonstrates ability to make content that hits

- Track record building scaled content systems

- Saavy with analytics, kpis and numbers

- Deep health science fluency

Compensation

• $100k-$140k base plus generous performance bonuses
