Growth Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager at ContentJet — build and own our inbound demand generation engine from the ground up, turning content, SEO, and paid into qualified pipeline. 100% remote, open globally.

🌟 What you'll own:

Plan and help produce content that ranks and converts — blog posts, case studies, comparison pages, and landing pages targeting our core keywords

Own the website's lead-gen funnel — landing pages, forms, CTAs, and ongoing conversion rate optimization

Build lead magnets and gated content (benchmark reports, case study PDFs, pricing guides) to capture inbound leads

Run email nurture sequences for leads who aren't sales-ready yet

Run paid social and paid search campaigns to amplify content and accelerate lead generation

Own marketing analytics — track lead volume, source, and conversion to sales-qualified lead, and report on what's working Partner with Business Development and Client Solutions to turn client wins into case studies and social proof

Run light-touch demand gen like webinars or panels when it makes sense

✅ What we're looking for:

Proven hands-on experience in B2B marketing, ideally agency-side

Track record of personally building and running inbound campaigns — content, SEO, paid, or events — that measurably grew lead volume

Working knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and paid social/search

Comfortable owning marketing analytics and reporting on what's working

Fluent/native English, strong written communication

Self-directed and excited to build a function from the ground up, with a small supporting design and technical team
