Growth & Engagement Strategist

InnoVision Marketing Group is looking for a creative, organized, platform-obsessed Social Growth & Engagement Strategist to manage multiple client accounts and deliver measurable growth, engagement and community development across every major social platform. You are the day-to-day social lead across a portfolio of client accounts. Mandatory in-office in San Diego.

What you will do

• Grow follower counts and engagement through high-quality content and community interaction
• Build content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and Threads
• Write captions, hooks and short-form video scripts in multiple brand voices
• Edit short-form videos and repurpose long-form content using tools such as Descript and OpusClip
• Design graphics and carousels; coordinate UGC creators when needed
• Schedule content in Vista Social; test formats, hooks and posting times
• Deliver monthly performance reports and client recommendations

Experience

• 2 to 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency
• Proven track record of growing social accounts with measurable results
• Strong copywriting and video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Comfort presenting to clients

The pay range is $69,000 to $75,000. Full-time, mandatory in-office.
