FeverHub is an AI-native video platform where creators can generate, edit, publish, and discover video content in one workflow. The platform supports both mainstream content and an age-gated adult creator ecosystem. We are building the creator network, growth engine, and operating standards for a new category of AI video.

The Role

We are hiring a hands-on Growth & Creator Partnerships Lead to own creator acquisition, partnerships, activation, and retention. You will build relationships with creators, studios, agencies, communities, and technology partners, then turn those relationships into measurable platform growth. This is an early-stage role with direct access to the founding team and meaningful ownership of strategy and execution.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of creators, studios, agencies, communities, and strategic partners.

• Recruit and onboard creators, helping them reach their first successful creation, publish, and audience milestone.

• Design and operate creator referral, ambassador, affiliate, and incentive programs.

• Run focused growth campaigns across creator communities, events, social channels, and direct outreach.

• Develop partnership proposals, negotiate terms, coordinate launches, and measure partner ROI.

• Own funnel reporting across outreach, registration, activation, first publish, retention, and paid conversion.

• Gather creator feedback and work closely with product, community, and trust & safety teams to improve the experience.

• Represent FeverHub professionally and build long-term relationships without spam or low-quality mass outreach.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in creator partnerships, growth, business development, community growth, or a related field.

• A measurable track record in user acquisition, creator activation, partnerships, or revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of the creator economy; experience with AI video, social platforms, media, or subscriptions is a plus.

• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, written communication, and presentation skills.

• Comfortable using funnel metrics and experiments to prioritize work and report results.

• Able to work independently in a fast-moving early-stage environment.

• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Must be 18+ and comfortable working on a platform that includes lawful, age-gated adult content.

Location and Employment

Full-time, on-site in LA County, California.

Compensation

Base salary: $105,000-$135,000 per year, depending on experience and fit. Equity is negotiable.
