Responsibilities:

• Build strong client relationships to generate qualified leads.
• Promptly respond to service inquiries and convert them into qualified appointments, managing the deal process using HubSpot.
• Promote our services and value proposition through Zoom and in-person meetings.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, pain points, and business goals, offering tailored marketing growth strategies using a consultative approach.
• Master our suite of marketing services to adapt to individual client needs.
• Create persuasive, data-driven proposals outlining strategic approaches, expected outcomes, and investment required for client growth.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Management team.
• Support the Head of Growth Strategy in nurturing client and prospective client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing practices.
• Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably within marketing services.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, HubSpot, and other relevant systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills
