We are seeking a Group Head to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Role Overview

The Group Head at Barcode serves as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing multiple influencer marketing projects across diverse brand verticals. This senior role combines client leadership, team mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure impactful campaign delivery, strong client relationships, and profitability.

The Group Head acts as a key liaison between internal teams and high-value clients, ensuring strategic alignment with Barcode's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
  
  

Define the strategic roadmap for influencer-led campaigns.Align project objectives with client goals and Barcode's broader business priorities.Drive innovation in influencer campaign strategies, platforms, and influencer collaborations.

• Project Oversight
  
  

Supervise the execution of multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Manage campaign budgets and resource allocation across teams.Troubleshoot escalated challenges promptly to safeguard campaign outcomes.

• Client Relationship Management
  
  

Serve as the senior point of contact for premium clients.Lead presentations, campaign reviews, and strategic discussions.Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.

• Team Management
  
  

Mentor and lead a team of Account Managers and Executives.Facilitate performance evaluations, career development planning, and skill enhancement.Ensure optimal team productivity through collaboration, coaching, and continuous feedback.

• Financial Management
  
  

Own the P&L for assigned brand clusters.Drive profitability and cost optimization across campaigns.Ensure financial forecasting, billing cycles, and revenue reporting are tracked effectively.

• Operational Efficiency
  
  

Optimize campaign delivery processes through automation, workflow improvements, and SOP enforcement.Champion the use of project management tools to enhance visibility, accountability, and operational efficiency.

• Market & Industry Engagement
  
  

Stay abreast of influencer marketing and content trends across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital channels.Represent Barcode at industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen the company's market presence.

• Business Development
  
  

Collaborate with the Sales team to support new business pitches.Expand services offered to existing clients and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Preferred Experience & Skills

7+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing agencies.Strong leadership and people management experience.Proven track record of managing large-scale client relationships and complex marketing campaigns.Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital content formats.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Experience managing P&L, budgets, and business profitability is preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
