Objectives Of The Role

• Collaborate with teams across OML whilst working closely with the design manager
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload
• Examine existing process flaws, and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Help plan concepts & designs basis brief, studying information & material
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include, presentations, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Support in translating strategic direction into the high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Help develop concepts,and execute original content following the brand's visual identity and determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
• Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
• Communicate productively with the team to keep them up-to-date with project milestones
  
  

Skills, Qualifications And Prior Experience

• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
• 6 - 12 months of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency is a huge plus
• Good communication skills (preferably in English)
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator. Fluency with After Effects, Premiere Video/photo editing software
• Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems is a plus
• Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training
