We’re looking for editors with strong creative instincts, sharp attention to detail, and an eagerness to explore new tools and techniques. If you love finding the story, building momentum, and making every frame feel intentional, we want to see your work.

What You’ll Work On

Our editors create a wide range of B2B video content, including:

• Interviews and thought leadership
• Branded storytelling
• Event recaps and highlight videos
• Social media content
• Marketing and promotional videos
• Customer stories and educational content
• Podcasts

What You’ll Do

• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
• Make thoughtful decisions around storytelling, pacing, music, graphics, and sound.
• Follow project instructions, brand guidelines, and creative references.
• Deliver clean audio, consistent color, accurate captions, and professional graphics.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve your editing workflow.
• Review your work carefully before submitting it.
• Ask questions when project direction needs clarification.
• Respond thoughtfully to feedback and complete revisions when requested.

How the Opportunity Works

• Browse and select available projects based on your interests and availability.
• Review the project scope before deciding what work to take on.
• Work remotely on your own schedule.
• Receive project-based compensation, with payment issued weekly.
• Access onboarding, training resources, and editor support.
• Take on as much or as little work as your schedule allows.

Project availability may vary, and accepting work is always optional.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio showing professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong skills in storytelling, pacing, audio, color correction, and post-production.
• Experience using AI tools to improve speed, quality, or creativity.
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through.
• The ability to follow detailed instructions while using good creative judgment.
• A careful approach to quality control and delivering a strong first version.
• After Effects, Photoshop, and motion graphics experience are a plus.
