Fall/Spring Public Relations & Social Media Intern Internship

Crackerjack Media, a Tampa-based agency, is accepting applications for a PR and Social Media Intern for the fall and spring semesters. This is a remote, part-time role of approximately 24 hours per week.

Internship duties include

• Assistance with public relations outreach to local media partners
• Tracking and clipping media coverage
• Developing targeted media partner lists
• Media research and campaign development assistance
• Social media content calendar creation
• Posting and scheduling social media content
• On-site social media coverage at local events and community monitoring on social
• Other assistance to social media, PR and account teams as needed

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, Public Relations or Marketing
• Eager to learn with a strong work ethic
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Because the position is remote, being task-oriented and open to working independently is imperative

Bonus points for photography/videography skills and graphic design experience.
