Role Description The Executive Coach will provide professional coaching support to senior leaders and key stakeholders at ONE Management in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and small group coaching sessions, helping executives clarify goals, strengthen leadership capabilities, and navigate complex business and talent-management challenges. The role involves designing tailored coaching plans, tracking progress against defined outcomes, and offering constructive feedback that aligns with organizational priorities and personal development needs. The Executive Coach will collaborate with leadership to identify coaching opportunities, support performance optimization, and reinforce a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous growth. This position requires maintaining confidentiality, documenting coaching engagements, and periodically presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong coaching expertise, including Executive Coaching and Business Coaching, with a track record of supporting senior leaders.
  • Candidates should possess broad Coaching and Training skills to facilitate development programs, workshops, and ongoing learning initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess solid understanding of Executive Management principles, organizational dynamics, and strategic decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport in remote settings.
  • Candidates should possess experience working with creative, entertainment, or fashion-related organizations, or demonstrate strong adaptability to these environments.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to assess needs, define measurable goals, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Candidates should possess commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and respect for diverse backgrounds, identities, and career paths.
  • Candidates should possess relevant academic or professional credentials in coaching, psychology, leadership development, HR, or a related field; professional coach certification is highly beneficial.
