Editor and SVP, Content
ABOUT TENNING
We live by one guiding principle: Be Useful.
Tenning serves as both a strategic advisor and execution partner, building ecosystems that drive measurable outcomes. Our ability to deliver is fueled by decades of experience leading global media brands and advising Fortune 500 companies.
As Tenning continues to grow its advisory business and owned-events portfolio, we are seeking an Editor of Tenning and SVP, Content to lead editorial strategy and content programming across our proprietary platforms and client engagements.
This role is ideal for an experienced editorial leader who can translate ambitious ideas into distinctive, timely, and highly relevant programs. The successful candidate will combine exceptional editorial judgment with strong executive relationships, creative ambition, and the ability to deliver.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Editor of Tenning and SVP, Content will serve as Tenning’s senior editorial leader, working closely with the co-founders to shape the firm’s content vision, lead its programming function, and advise clients on how to build compelling thought-leadership platforms.
This leader will oversee content strategy across Tenning’s owned events, while developing and executing programs for clients. The scope includes executive forums, roundtables, conferences, custom activations, and other formats that connect influential audiences with ideas that matter.
The role owns the programming process from initial concept through delivery: developing editorial frameworks, shaping agendas, identifying and securing speakers, preparing participants, and overseeing execution onsite. As the business grows, this leader will also build and manage the editorial resources, relationships, and processes required to scale.
The ideal candidate combines the instincts of an editor, the persistence of a talent booker, the judgment of a strategic advisor, and the operational discipline of an event producer.
