Discord Community Associate

As a Discord Community Associate, you will help build the most engaged, trusted, and exciting sportsbook community in the game. You will be the voice of the DraftKings brand inside its official Discord server, connecting with players who live and breathe sports, betting, and the biggest moments across the sports calendar, working closely with the Community Lead.

What you will do

• Be an active presence in the Discord server, creating authentic conversations around live sporting events, betting trends, and key moments
• Respond quickly, accurately, and thoughtfully to questions and feedback
• Create and run community experiences such as giveaways, Ask Me Anything sessions, live watch parties, prediction contests, and themed events
• Identify emerging conversations, player sentiment, and trends, then share insights to improve the app, features, and player experience
• Champion the voice of the community across cross-functional teams
• Support community coverage during peak sports moments, including evenings and weekends, on a rotating schedule

What you will bring

• At least 1 year of experience building, moderating, or growing online communities, preferably in sports, gaming, sports betting, esports, or consumer entertainment
• Deep familiarity with Discord, including mod tools, roles, bots, and engagement features
• Excellent written communication skills
• An understanding of Sportsbook or Daily Fantasy Sports products
• Knowledge of responsible gaming principles

The US base salary range stated for this full-time position is $56,300 - $70,400, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
