Director of Talent Management
About Neon Rose
Neon Rose is a full-service influencer talent management agency representing creators across wellness, fashion, travel, lifestyle, and more. We don't just manage creators, we build the business behind them: connecting them with brands that fit their audience and long-term goals, backed by a proprietary platform that keeps every deal and detail in one place.
The Role
Neon Rose is hiring a Director of Talent Management to run point on one of our core roster teams: part coach, part closer, part strategist. You'll lead a team of Talent Managers, level up how they negotiate and think about creator strategy, and keep your team's numbers healthy across revenue and roster growth. You'll also hang onto a handful of your own creators, because the best leaders in this business don't lose their edge by stepping away from the work entirely.
You'll sit on the leadership team, which means your fingerprints will be on more than just your own group's performance. Hiring, process, and where Neon Rose goes next are all part of the job.
What You'll Own
- Team performance: set the bar for your Talent Managers and hold the group accountable to it, from revenue and roster growth to service quality.
- Coaching: get in the weeds with your team on brand negotiations, pricing, renewals, and the harder calls around creator career strategy.
- Development: run one-on-ones and reviews that actually move people forward, not just check a box.
- Growth: help creators scale their business through new partnerships, smart deal structures, and long-term strategy, for your team's roster and your own.
- Your own roster: manage a select group of high-value creators yourself, at the same standard you're coaching your team toward.
- Cross-functional leadership: work closely across Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Creator Growth, and the executive team so nothing falls through the cracks for creators.
- Eden: keep your team's work organized and on-brief inside Eden, our internal platform for managing deals, campaigns, and creator communication.
- Hiring: help recruit and onboard the next wave of Talent Managers as we scale.
- Leadership: bring ideas to the table, whether that's process fixes, strategic bets, or whatever helps Neon Rose grow.
