Director of Partnerships

QYOU USA Inc. • Los Angeles preferred • Full-time

About the Role

The Director of Partnerships drives global revenue growth for QYOU USA Inc. by leveraging existing brand relationships, opening new business, and building strategic partnerships across the advertising, media, social media, influencer marketing, and creative services landscape. This is a senior, results-oriented role for someone who can both close deals and serve as a trusted advisor, is fluent in the creator economy, is comfortable navigating matrixed organizations, and is energized by a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Win new business & build new revenue pillars

•    Bring existing direct brand relationships to QYOU while landing net-new parent companies that are ICP-aligned with enterprise potential.

•    Diversify the book of business by creating new revenue pillars and reducing reliance on any single account.

•    Develop sales strategies to break into new and adjacent verticals, including Entertainment, CPG and QSR.

•    Run tailored outreach and presentations that convert qualified prospects into clients.

•    Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.

Manage a tiered partner portfolio

•    Core Enterprise Partners: Deepen the most established, high-value accounts through deep integration and annual planning, building enterprise-level frameworks rather than one-off campaigns.

•    Growth Partners: Intentionally scale mid-tier accounts, with clear plans to graduate them into Enterprise relationships

•    Expansion Partners: Open new categories and verticals, leading entry into non-entertainment, non-gaming spaces, and turning early wins into repeatable growth playbooks.

Build relationships

•    Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each client’s business goals, marketing needs, organizational structure, and target demographics.

•    Connect deeply with stakeholders across matrixed organizations to qualify and develop leads through to close.

•    Represent QYOU in senior-level client conversations and at industry events, bringing market insights and culture-first thinking back to inform company strategy.

Lead deals end-to-end

•    Partner with leadership to develop pricing, deal structure, proposals, and presentations.

•    Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring contracts and agreements are finalized on time.

Own the pipeline & forecast

•    Serve as the single source of truth for the pipeline, keeping top 10 and bottom 20 accounts accurate, current, and fully owned.

•    Own a portfolio growth plan tracking last year vs. this year vs. projected across the full book, with gap-closing plans for key accounts.

•    Keep QYOU’s CRM and tracking tools current on a weekly basis to support informed decision-making.

Collaborate with discipline

•    Work with strategy, account management, and studio teams to develop compelling proposals and deliver award-winning campaigns.

•    Qualify accounts before activating cross-functional teams, tying timelines to real business urgency and aligning every pitch to what is sellable and why clients buy QYOU.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required

•    7-10+ years in business development, sales, or account management within advertising, media buying, social media, influencer marketing, or creative services.

•    Proven track record in acquiring and managing new clients, with quantifiable expansion and retention results.

•    Experience driving and steering a $5-10M Fiscal Year portfolio.

•    Experience building new revenue streams and diversifying a book of business beyond a single flagship account.

•    Existing relationships with key decision-makers, plus a track record in the creator economy with Fortune 1000 clients.

•    Strong command of advertising, social, influencer marketing, content creation, and media buying, tools, processes, and trends.

•    Demonstrated proficiency in forecasting, deal flow, planning cycles, and buying signals.

•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•    Working knowledge of CRMs and marketing technology.

•    Skill setting up and navigating Discovery Calls with key prospects

•    Expert presenter and storyteller, adept at aligning deep product knowledge with client needs to deliver tailored solutions that achieve target KPIs.

Preferred

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

WHO YOU ARE

•    A brand strategist with a knack for forging new connections.

•    A proactive self-starter who thrives on ownership and accountability.

•    A cross-functional leader who can rally strategy, account, and creative teams to deliver the best possible value for clients.

•    Detail-oriented, even at speed.
