Director, International Revenue Growth

CreatorIQ is seeking a Director or Senior Director, International Revenue Growth to build and own the marketing, pipeline, and revenue growth function across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, this leader will be responsible for generating demand across priority international markets while serving as a strategic revenue partner to regional sales. They will work closely with enterprise sales leaders and sellers to shape go-to-market strategy for a defined set of critical accounts, create account-specific growth plans, and accelerate high-value opportunities.

The role will initially launch with support from a U.S.-based marketing team and a network of contractors. Over time, this leader will define the regional organization, hire people on the ground, and build a scalable international growth function.

This role may be based in either the UK or the Netherlands. It requires travel to London at least monthly, as well as regular travel to customer meetings, team gatherings, and field events across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, strong enterprise sales partnership, and deep knowledge of the commercial and cultural nuances of European and Asia-Pacific markets. They will help CreatorIQ support its initial $8M international revenue goal while building the pipeline, operating model, and team required for the next stage of growth.

The final title, Director or Senior Director, will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, leadership background, scope, and demonstrated ability to build and scale an international revenue growth function.

This is a remote role based in the UK, with travel to London approximately 1-2 times per month. The role also requires regular travel across Europe for events and occasional travel to the Asia-Pacific region.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Build and own CreatorIQ’s international revenue growth engine across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, establishing the regional strategy, priorities, operating rhythm, resource plan, and measurement framework across key markets.

  • Generate net-new demand through integrated regional growth programs spanning account-based marketing, field marketing, executive engagement, events, partner activation, seller enablement, localized campaigns, and priority-account plays.

  • Serve as the strategic revenue partner to the RVP of International Sales, regional sales leaders, and enterprise sellers, aligning on market priorities, account coverage, pipeline goals, opportunity strategy, and actions required to accelerate growth.

  • Own the growth strategy for a defined set of critical enterprise accounts, partnering with sellers to identify buying-group priorities, shape account plans, coordinate targeted marketing support, and create account-specific engagement programs.

  • Help accelerate high-value opportunities by activating executive and customer engagement, developing relevant regional messaging and proof points, supporting buying committees, and removing marketing-related barriers throughout the sales cycle.

  • Define CreatorIQ’s strongest product-market fit and right to win by country, industry, vertical, customer segment, and account type, using customer insight, seller feedback, market data, competitive intelligence, and performance signals to focus investment.

  • Bring a nuanced understanding of European and Asia-Pacific markets into go-to-market decisions, adapting strategy, messaging, events, channels, and seller support to reflect differences in buying behavior, market maturity, business culture, procurement processes, and local conditions.

  • Establish a clear operating cadence with sales around target-account selection, pipeline creation, opportunity progression, campaign performance, forecast risk, and next-best actions for priority accounts.

  • Launch the function with support from U.S.-based marketing partners and specialized contractors, creating clear ownership, processes, standards, and accountability across a distributed team.

  • Build the long-term regional organization by defining the talent plan, hiring people in priority markets, and developing a high-performing on-the-ground international revenue growth team.

  • Deliver measurable revenue impact by supporting the initial $8M international revenue goal and building future pipeline; define KPIs, review performance, share insights, and reallocate resources toward the highest-return opportunities.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, revenue marketing, account-based marketing, field marketing, or go-to-market leadership, with a demonstrated record of creating pipeline and revenue impact across international markets.

  • Significant experience partnering directly with enterprise sales leaders and sellers in complex B2B sales environments, with a strong understanding of long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, account planning, pipeline inspection, forecasting, and opportunity progression.

  • A demonstrated ability to both generate net-new demand and influence the acceleration of complex enterprise opportunities, with clear accountability for pipeline creation, pipeline quality, and revenue outcomes.

  • Experience working on a named-account or strategic-account basis, including account selection, buying-committee strategy, executive engagement, opportunity reviews, account-specific campaigns, and coordinated pursuit plans.

  • Deep familiarity with the commercial and cultural nuances of European and Asia-Pacific markets, with the ability to adapt go-to-market strategy by country and region rather than apply a single global playbook.

  • Experience building or scaling a regional growth function, including evaluating product-market fit, prioritizing countries and customer segments, and translating market strategy into executable programs.

  • Hands-on expertise across integrated growth channels, including ABM, field and event marketing, partner programs, seller enablement, executive programs, localized campaigns, and digital demand generation.

  • Experience building a new function from the ground up, including leading through contractors and shared resources initially, then hiring, developing, and scaling a regional team.

  • Strong commercial judgment and the credibility to advise, challenge, and support sales leadership as a true revenue partner rather than simply respond to campaign requests.

  • An analytical, highly collaborative, and culturally aware leadership style, with excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Comfort operating across time zones, ambiguity, distributed teams, frequent travel, and a fast-moving global environment.

  • Based in the UK or the Netherlands, with the ability to travel to London at least monthly and regularly attend customer meetings, partner engagements, team gatherings, and field events across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
