Director, Influencer Marketing
360PR+, a leading, award-winning agency recognized for its creative work for some of the most admired brands, is seeking a Director of Influencer Marketing to lead and continue to grow its influencer marketing practice. As one of the first agencies to bring brands and creators together, 360PR+ has a longstanding reputation for developing innovative, best-practice influencer programs.
Based in the New York or Boston office, you will direct campaigns for leading consumer brands across a variety of sectors, collaborating with client teams across the agency. The Director serves as a senior strategic resource to clients and account teams, plays an integral role in new business, and helps shape the future of influencer marketing. The ideal candidate brings consumer brand experience at an agency.
Key responsibilities and experience
- Proven success developing and leading paid and earned creator programs at scale
- Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and the role influencer marketing plays from awareness to conversion
- Command of social media platforms and the content formats and activation strategies that perform best on each
- Experience integrating paid media with creator content to extend reach and drive measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical capabilities for setting goals and KPIs, optimizing programs, and communicating results
- Extensive budget-management experience, with a strong understanding of creator costs and contract negotiations
- Proven people leader who can mentor team members
- Champion of influencer marketing best practices, including FTC, CARU, COPPA and other relevant guidelines
Qualifications
- Demonstrated focus on influencer marketing in an agency setting
- 8+ years of experience in PR, communications and marketing, with at least 3-4 years in influencer marketing and social media
- Strong business acumen and interest in client service across multiple sectors
