Talent Manager / Senior Talent Manager – Digital Creators

Location: New York City – Hybrid

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Industry: Digital Talent Management / Creator Economy

Salary: Competitive Base + Commission

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with one of America's leading digital talent and entertainment management companies to hire a Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager for their New York team.

The agency represents an impressive roster of established creators and personalities across digital media, entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, sport and culture, working with talent to build careers that extend well beyond social media.

This is an opportunity to join a highly established management business with the infrastructure, industry relationships and wider entertainment expertise to develop creators across brand partnerships, content, publishing, licensing, live opportunities and new business ventures.

They’re looking for a commercially strong Talent Manager who understands the creator economy but, importantly, can think beyond individual brand deals and help talent build sustainable long-term careers.

The Role

You’ll manage your own roster of digital creators, taking ownership of their day-to-day representation, commercial performance and wider career development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing a roster of digital-first talent
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with creators
  • Developing individual career and commercial strategies
  • Securing and negotiating brand partnerships
  • Proactively pitching talent to brands, agencies and other partners
  • Managing inbound opportunities and commercial negotiations
  • Identifying new revenue streams and opportunities beyond traditional sponsorships
  • Overseeing campaigns from initial negotiation through to delivery
  • Developing strong relationships across brands, agencies and the wider entertainment industry
  • Identifying and helping sign new talent
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and the wider management business

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need existing experience within digital talent management and a track record of strong billings and creator management.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience managing and developing digital creators
  • A strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms
  • A proven track record of securing commercial partnerships
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
  • Existing relationships with brands, agencies and industry partners
  • Excellent talent and relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of creator revenue
  • The ability to think strategically about long-term talent development
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and an eye for emerging talent

Existing relationships with creators or experience sourcing and signing talent would be advantageous.

Why Join?

You’ll be joining an established and highly respected management company with significant infrastructure behind its managers and talent.

Rather than focusing solely on sponsorship revenue, the business takes a wider approach to representation, helping creators develop opportunities across multiple areas of entertainment and build careers beyond their individual social channels.

You’ll have access to an established network of brands and industry partners, work alongside experienced managers and have the opportunity to represent some of the most exciting talent in the digital space.

For someone looking to build a long-term career in digital talent management within a large, established and ambitious agency, this is a standout opportunity.
