Digital Storyteller (Content Creator)

Neon Lion Media partners with builders, designers, trades, and service-based companies to grow their digital presence through social content, web strategy, and local visibility. It is looking for a Digital Storyteller: a content creator who can take raw client-provided photos, videos, and information and turn them into compelling, narrative-driven digital media. The role is in office and can start part-time and grow to full-time.

What you will do

• Immerse yourself in each client's brand, mission, audience, and visual voice
• Use client-provided photos, videos, and project updates to create polished, strategic social media content
• Edit and repurpose client content into Reels, TikToks, short-form videos, graphics, and carousel posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and more
• Write captions, scripts, and storytelling copy that matches each brand's voice
• Build and manage social media content calendars for clients
• Develop content themes, series, and narrative angles
• Present ideas and drafts confidently to the team and clients

What they are looking for

• A natural gift for storytelling, visually and verbally
• Proven experience creating social content from existing assets
• Strong video editing and design skills (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, Lightroom, Canva, Descript, etc.)
• Clear understanding of current social trends, hooks, and formats
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple client calendars
