Role Description The Digital Producer is a 9-12 month temp position that has an opportunity to turn into a full-time position. We are looking for a 40 hour a week hybrid individual based in Milwaukee, WI, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production of digital and social media content. This role partners with Account Management, Creative, Digital, and external production partners to ensure projects stay organized, appropriately resourced, and delivered successfully.
This is a role for someone who understands how digital marketing work gets made and enjoys bringing clarity to moving pieces. Whether it's a website launch, paid media campaign, social campaign, digital advertising initiative, video production, or integrated marketing campaign, you'll help coordinate the work, plan production resources, identify challenges early, and keep projects moving from kickoff through delivery.
You'll lead project execution from start to finish.
- Build and maintain projects, timelines, budgets, and documentation within Workamajig.
- Partner with Account Management and Senior Creative Manager to understand project goals, priorities, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead internal kickoff meetings, production check-ins, and internal status meetings while keeping teams aligned on priorities and next steps.
- Own project progress, budgets, scope, and allocated hours, proactively identifying risks and communicating impacts before they affect delivery.
- Coordinate handoffs across Account Management, Creative, Digital, Development, and Production to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Help teams prioritize work as priorities shift while ensuring projects stay on track and deliverables are client-ready.
You'll plan production resources.
- Partner with Senior Creative Manager to assess project needs and recommend the right mix of internal team members, freelancers, and external production partners.
- Coordinate freelancer schedules, workloads, assignments, timelines, revisions, and final asset delivery across multiple projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for freelance designers, developers, editors, videographers, writers, photographers, and other production partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freelance partners while helping forecast resource needs and communicating capacity challenges.
You'll support digital marketing production.
- Coordinate digital marketing production across paid media, social media, websites, video, digital advertising, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, strategists, media specialists, content creators, and production partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review deliverables for completeness, quality, and production readiness for internal review.
- Identify feasibility concerns, production risks, and opportunities to improve workflows before work begins.
