Digital Growth & Inbound Sales Associate

Moburst is a leading global digital marketing agency helping top brands, from high-growth startups to enterprise leaders like Google, Reddit, Uber, Samsung, and McAfee, scale and become category leaders.

We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly driven Digital Growth & Inbound Sales Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will manage inbound sales opportunities end-to-end using a consultative sales approach to assess client needs, build tailored growth solutions from our service suite, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective inbound clients, generating and qualifying opportunities.
• Drive consultative sales processes—understanding client pain points and tailoring strategies from our service suite.
• Manage outreach, follow-ups, and the full deal process end-to-end in HubSpot.
• Present Moburst’s value proposition via email, Zoom, and in-person meetings.
• Create data-driven proposals with clear outcomes, scopes, and investments.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding and a seamless transition to the Account Management team.
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging marketing tech.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in consultative sales or account management within marketing services or a digital agency
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to create tailored solutions that address client challenges.
• Self-starter, fast learner, and highly motivated by success.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing practices.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, HubSpot, and other relevant systems.
• Great interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
