Digital Content Creator
Video & Content Creator
Magherafelt | Full-time | 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Love creating content that makes people stop scrolling? This could be the role for you.
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Video & Content Creator to join an established, growing consumer brand with a strong online presence across the UK and Ireland.
This is an opportunity to turn ideas into engaging content, bring products to life and help shape how a brand connects with its audience. From filming and editing to presenting on camera, you’ll be involved in the full creative process - making content that not only looks great but delivers results.
If you’re just as comfortable behind the camera as you are in front of it, love experimenting with new ideas and know what makes people stop, watch and engage, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing
No two days will look exactly the same. You’ll be:
- Creating scroll-stopping video content for Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads and other digital channels.
- Getting behind the camera to shoot product videos, lifestyle content, UGC-style ads and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Being the face of the brand by presenting product demonstrations, how-to videos and other engaging content.
- Bringing ideas to life by turning creative concepts and scripts into polished videos, with different hooks and variations to test.
- Editing content that delivers using captions, motion text, sound and formats tailored to each platform.
- Capturing great photography for social media, websites and product pages.
- Creating supporting content for email campaigns, product pages and website features.
- Working with people across the business, directing colleagues, customers and content creators during shoots.
- Keeping your creativity flowing by spotting trends, sharing fresh ideas and finding new ways to engage audiences.
- Keeping everything organised, from shoot schedules and equipment to the content library.
You’ll split your time between creative production, on-location shoots and the factory environment, giving you plenty of opportunities to tell real stories and create authentic content.
What we’re looking for
We’re interested in what you can create, not just what your job title says.
You’ll ideally bring:
- A strong portfolio showcasing video content you’ve personally filmed and edited for brands, businesses or organisations.
- Confidence both behind and in front of the camera - you’re happy presenting, demonstrating products and appearing in brand content.
- Practical filming, lighting and audio skills, whether using professional camera equipment or a smartphone.
- Experience editing video using Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve. After Effects experience would be a bonus.
- An understanding of what makes content engaging across social platforms.
- The ability to create video, photography and short-form written content for digital channels.
- A good eye for detail, strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Confidence working with colleagues, agencies, customers and external creators.
- A full driving licence for location-based shoots.
Even better if you have: experience creating paid social ads, working with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands, or producing content designed to support online sales.
Why consider this opportunity?
This is more than a video editing role. You’ll have the opportunity to take ideas from concept to completion, contribute your own creative thinking and see your work used across a growing consumer brand.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team and an external creative agency, with access to real products, people and environments that provide plenty of opportunities for authentic storytelling.
If you enjoy variety, like getting stuck into the practical side of content creation and want to see the impact of your work, this is an opportunity to make your mark.
