Customer Success, Influencer & Creator Marketing - Mexico City
About Vidovo
Vidovo is a UGC and creator marketing platform. Brands come to us to get creator content that actually performs in paid social; creators come to us to work with real brands and get paid on time. We've worked with 400+ brands, including NerdWallet, OLIPOP, Physician's Choice, and Mid Day Squares, and our marketplace of 32,000+ creators is vetted by humans, not AI. Some clients run campaigns themselves on the platform; others hand us the keys through our managed service. Both need someone in their corner.
Role Description
You'll own the client experience after the deal closes: onboarding, day-to-day questions, check-in calls, campaign hiccups, and renewals.
Here's what a real week looks like. A creator goes quiet the week content is due and the brand has asked for an update three times. A client reviews 200 applicants and likes none of them. A managed client says a video "feels like an ad, not a testimonial" and wants to know how the next batch will be different. A self-serve brand hasn't logged in for three weeks and renews in nine days. Your job is to handle all of it with a real answer, a clear next step, and a date attached.
Right now, most of this runs through our founder. This hire exists to change that. You won't be routing questions upward; you'll be the person clients trust to just handle it.
What You'll Do
- Own onboarding from kickoff to first campaign launch, for both self-serve and managed brands
- Be the first responder in client Slack channels; answer the actual question, same day
- Send proactive status updates that name names, counts, and ETAs, so clients never have to chase us
- Hand-pick creators when a brand isn't loving their applicants; you'll develop a real point of view on who fits which brand and who doesn't
- Sit in the middle between brands and creators: revisions, deadlines, and expectations, handled fairly in both directions
- Watch account activity, spot quiet clients before renewal, and re-engage them with something specific, never a template
- Run check-in calls with managed clients, and make the written update good enough that they don't need the call
- Turn the questions we answer over and over into docs, and surface product feedback to the team
What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years in customer success, account management, or another client-facing role
- Writing that's fast, specific, and warm; this is a Slack-first job and we will test your writing before we test anything else
- Judgment: you make the reasonable call and explain it, rather than escalating everything
- Taste, or the ability to build it quickly; you can look at a creator's profile and a brand's audience and say whether it's a fit, and why
- Organized under volume; multiple accounts, multiple open loops, nothing dropped
- Comfortable across Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and ClickUp
- Real interest in creator marketing, UGC, or paid social
