The Now Agency is a venture-backed, expert-led agency redefining influencer marketing and owned social media innovation. We go deep, not wide - delivering tailored, data-driven strategies and culturally attuned execution that move the needle for Fortune 500, Enterprise brands, and high-growth challengers alike.

Our capabilities are built for a world where the customer journey is no longer linear, and marketing is no longer just about influencing people.

It’s about influencing algorithms.

The Now Agency builds flywheel-driven social media growth systems that prioritize visibility, algorithmic distribution, and compounding attention.

The era of the generalist agency is over. The future belongs to specialists - agencies that go deep, not wide.

The Now Agency brings together a powerhouse team of industry veterans who have shaped the evolution of influencer and social from the inside out.

About the Role:

The Now Agency is seeking a Creator Relations Manager to lead creator sourcing, relationship development, and dealmaking for branded campaigns. This person will build a strong, diverse network of creators, connect the right talent to each opportunity, and help turn those relationships into successful campaigns and repeat partnerships.

The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for talent with commercial judgment, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the creator economy.

Responsibilities

  • Own creator sourcing and vetting for branded campaigns, using social platforms, creator marketplaces, professional networks, and internal tools to identify talent aligned with each client’s audience, objectives, and budget.
  • Develop thoughtful creator recommendations and shortlists that account for audience fit, content quality, performance, brand safety, and revenue potential.
  • Build relationships with creators, managers, and agents to expand our network and improve access to sought-after talent.
  • Lead outreach and pitch branded opportunities, clearly communicating the value of each partnership and converting creator interest into confirmed campaign participation.
  • Negotiate creator fees, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and other commercial terms; prepare proposals and agreements and manage redlines in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Client Services, Strategy, and Production to ensure creator recommendations are executable and campaigns meet client expectations.
  • Guide creator onboarding and campaign readiness, including platform opt-ins, documentation, and data requirements needed for measurement and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate creator records, relationship history, rates, performance insights, and future opportunities within internal systems.
  • Monitor creator performance and campaign results to inform future recommendations, pricing, and relationship strategy.
  • Identify emerging creators, content formats, and platform trends that could create new opportunities for clients.
  • Improve creator sourcing and outreach processes, share market insights, and serve as a resource to colleagues on creator selection and negotiations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent representation, or a related role, including direct experience sourcing and negotiating with creators.
  • A strong network of creators, managers, or agents and a demonstrated ability to build new relationships.
  • Sound judgment in evaluating creator fit, audience quality, content performance, and commercial value.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and a high volume of creator conversations at different stages.
  • Confidence negotiating compensation and contract terms while protecting campaign goals and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, creator trends, and the metrics used to assess content and campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with creators, clients, and internal teams.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership of deadlines and follow-through.
  • Experience with HubSpot, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Google Workspace, and PandaDoc is a plus.
