Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute creator and content marketing strategies based on brand positioning, product selling points, and business objectives. Drive brand awareness, off-platform traffic, and sales conversion across beauty, skincare, consumer electronics, and small appliance categories.
  2. Identify, source, evaluate, and build long-term relationships with U.S.-based creators, influencers, KOLs/KOCs, affiliates, and MCN agencies across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  3. Own the end-to-end creator partnership process, including outreach, negotiation, product seeding, contracts, content briefs, content review, publishing follow-up, payment processing, and campaign reporting. Leverage short-form video and livestream content to drive partnership performance.
  4. Track and analyze campaign performance across impressions, engagement, clicks, conversions, GMV, and ROAS. Continuously optimize creator selection, content direction, partnership models, and budget efficiency.
  5. Proactively build and maintain creator relationships through in-person meetings, industry events, and local activations to deepen strategic partnerships and drive long-term results.

Qualifications

  1. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Must be able to be based in Los Angeles long-term and legally authorized to work in the United States. Candidates with prior study experience in the U.S. are preferred.
  2. Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, international media, TikTok operations, business development, or related fields. Experience in the U.S. market and relevant categories such as beauty, consumer products, consumer electronics, or small appliances is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of the U.S. creator ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as TikTok commerce, short-form video, and livestream commerce.
  4. Existing relationships with U.S.-based creators, MCNs, talent agencies, or related partners are a plus, particularly in short-form video or livestream collaborations.
  5. Outgoing, proactive, and relationship-driven, with a genuine interest in frequent creator engagement, in-person meetings, and event-based collaborations.
  6. Results-oriented, with strong negotiation, project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience organizing events, managing student organizations, building communities, or coordinating large-scale projects in school or professional settings.
  2. Proven success in building creator networks from scratch, launching creator partnerships, and driving measurable GMV growth.
