About Flair

Flair is transforming influencer marketing by helping brands find and partner with the creators already shopping with them. We believe the best partnerships are rooted in authenticity, and no one can represent a brand more authentically than a customer. Flair identifies content creators from recent purchases and then coordinates them to share their experience with the brand.

We launched in January and have 50 paying customers and 15,000 creators. We're a team of five, backed by Gutter Capital.

The Role

We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to own creator campaigns and customer relationships while helping us build the systems that will automate much of this work.

In the beginning, you'll be hands-on with everything: coordinating campaigns, following up, solving problems, and working directly with brands to make their programs successful. You'll also be responsible for growing these relationships, identifying opportunities to launch new campaigns, and helping customers increase their investment in creator marketing.

But this isn't just an execution role. You'll work directly with our founders and engineers to turn what you learn into scalable workflows and AI-powered automation. As we grow, your role will evolve from doing the work yourself to building and overseeing the systems that do it at scale.

You'll report to Jessica Ang, our co-founder who leads revenue, and be our first hire outside product and engineering.

What you'll do

Execute campaigns

  • Oversee creator partnerships
  • Own one-to-one conversations with creators over email and in-app messaging, often 50 or more at a time
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and the briefs match the finished product
  • Answer creator support questions about payments, shipping and campaign rules quickly and accurately

Own customer relationships and growth

  • Be the primary day-to-day contact for brand teams, building trusted relationships and ensuring campaigns deliver results.
  • Proactively recommend new campaigns, creator partnerships, and strategies to help brands increase their creator budgets and get more value from Flair.
  • Own campaign planning and budgets, track performance, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Support our agency partners as that channel develops.

Help build the future of Flair

  • Turn your day-to-day experience running campaigns into repeatable playbooks and processes that can scale to thousands of creators using AI.
  • Work directly with our founders and engineers to identify opportunities for automation, improve AI-driven workflows, and shape the product roadmap.
  • Review and refine AI-generated communications, ensuring every creator and brand interaction meets our quality standards.
  • Help us figure out what great creator partnerships look like at scale, and where human judgment will always matter.

Who you are

You're excited about the intersection of technology and influencer marketing and want to help shape the future of a $40B industry. You want to join an early-stage startup where you can have a real impact, help build something from the ground up, and grow alongside a fast-growing company. You understand that this comes with shifting priorities, hands-on work, and regular 50-hour weeks, and you're comfortable being responsive during weekends and holidays when needed.

Additionally:

  • You have more than two years of experience running influencer campaigns and working in client-facing roles.
  • You've worked directly with clients, at an agency or on a client success team. You've set expectations, communicated updates, and delivered difficult news.
  • You're an excellent communicator and can keep dozens of threads moving without sounding templated. You can also shift tone and voice depending on the situation or audience
  • You're comfortable with AI tools. You don't need to be technical, but you’ve had experience applying AI to automate and systematize your own work
  • You work independently from the first week. You know what a good campaign looks like without being told.
  • You're equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves. No task is beneath you, whether that's following up with 50 creators, troubleshooting a payment issue, or tinkering with AI
  • You're a natural problem solver. You don't just complete tasks; you recognize patterns, question inefficient processes, and find better ways to get things done.
  • You view feedback as a gift and are comfortable giving it to your teammates.
  • Bonus if you’re a content creator yourself.

Compensation and location

  • Type: Full-time.
  • Location: San Francisco Bay Area or New York City. Hybrid schedule with approximately three days in the office each week.
  • Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000, plus equity
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits like healthcare, vision, and dental.

How to Apply

Please email your resume, Linkedin profile, and work samples to hello@hasflair.com. If you are a content creator, please send us your handles and media kit. Lastly, as you’re reaching out we’d love to know why you think you’re a great fit to work at an early stage start-up.
