Creator Partnerships Lead
This is a relationship-driven, hands-on role that requires strong communication and organization. We're building our creator program from the ground up, and we need someone who treats it like a growth function, not just a relationship rolodex. This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role: you'll define the data model for which creators are worth pursuing, use AI to scale the parts of outreach that should be scaled, and protect the parts that shouldn't be - because the creator relationship is still the product.
This role is based full-time in our New York City office.
You will:
Build a data-driven framework for evaluating and prioritizing creators - audience overlap, engagement quality, brand fit, and predicted performance - rather than relying on gut feel or follower count
Design and continuously refine a scoring/prioritization model for the creator pipeline, backed by whatever performance and audience data you can get your hands on (platform APIs, third-party tools, past campaign results)
Identify where AI can responsibly speed up outreach - research, first-pass drafting, scheduling, follow-up logistics - while keeping negotiation, tone, and relationship-building distinctly human; you'll own the line between "efficient" and "feels like a form letter"
Own creator partnerships end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, execution, and post-campaign reporting, with clear success metrics defined before each deal closes
Coordinate creator shoots, livestreams, events, and activations, instrumented so every activation produces usable performance data
Build and maintain dashboards on partnership and affiliate performance (reach, engagement, CAC, LTV, ROAS) and use them to decide who to renew, renegotiate, or cut
Represent the company at industry events, conventions, shoots, and partner meetings, bringing back competitive and market intelligence
Qualifications:
Genuinely data-driven: comfortable pulling and modeling your own data (spreadsheets, dashboards, lightweight SQL/BI tools) to decide which creators are worth the investment, not just tracking results after the fact
A clear point of view on where AI tools help (sourcing, research, first-draft outreach, ops) versus where they hurt (anything that should feel personal to a creator) - and the judgment to keep drawing that line as tools change
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills - comfortable with talent, agents, and managers, and able to make a creator feel like a partner, not a lead in a CRM
Scrappy and organized enough to manage a growing portfolio of partnerships simultaneously with no existing playbook to lean on
Familiarity with gaming, sports, collectibles, or creator-led marketing is a plus
Must be able to work on-site in our New York City office
Perks & Benefits:
Free Equinox membership for the in-person team
Dinner provided in the office every night
Up to $60/day for other meals when in the office (in-person team)
Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with 100% of premiums covered by the company, starting on your first day
