【Specialization 1: AI / Tech Vertical】

Job Responsibilities：

1. Be responsible for building and refined operation of the AI, cutting‑edge‑tech and AIGC creator ecosystem for Bilibili’s US‑market business. Dive deep into the US tech‑creator community, source and onboard high‑quality overseas tech bloggers, AIGC creators and science‑popularization specialists to enrich the pool of vertical high‑quality creators on the platform.
2. Execute vertical‑creator business development, outreach, contract negotiation & signing, and long‑term relationship management. Align with characteristics of the US tech industry to build a localized tech‑creator cooperation system, stabilize the output of high‑quality vertical content, and improve the content ecosystem of the tech track.
3. Keep close track of industry developments, technological breakthroughs and content trends in US AI and cutting‑edge‑tech sectors. Formulate targeted strategies for creator sourcing, empowerment and incentives; focus on supporting promising mid‑tier creators, build benchmark tech creators for the platform, and raise the professionalism and influence of vertical content.
4. Collaborate with cross‑border teams to plan vertical‑themed campaigns on tech popularization and AIGC creativity, content initiatives and special creator‑support programmes. Guide creators to produce localized, high‑quality tech content and energize the US tech‑focused community.
5. Continuously review performance of creator operations, BD outreach and content metrics. Iterate strategies for creator sourcing, contracting and incubation. Keep expanding the scale of the US tech‑creator ecosystem, and boost track‑specific user stickiness and content‑ecosystem competitiveness.

Job Requirements：

1. Hands‑on practical experience in creator operations, talent BD and creator incubation. Familiar with overseas creator cooperation workflows, commercial‑negotiation logic and vertical‑ecosystem operation models.
2. Solid knowledge of AI, AIGC and cutting‑edge‑technology. Keep up‑to‑date with US tech‑industry trends, science‑popularization content shifts and creator dynamics, with domain‑specific industry awareness.
3. Based in Los Angeles, USA. Familiar with US online landscape, tech circles and creator ecosystem; understand content‑consumption habits of US tech‑interested audiences, with capabilities for localized BD and operations.
4. Independent capability to source, reach out to, sign and sustain long‑term relationships with creators. Skilled at leveraging overseas vertical‑community resources to efficiently deliver commercial partnerships and operational projects.
5. Strong cross‑team communication and collaboration skills. Able to work seamlessly with domestic product & operation teams as well as local overseas stakeholders, and adapt to the rhythm of international‑business delivery.

Preferred Qualifications：

1. Proven successful track‑record in BD and operation for US‑based tech / AIGC creators; existing mature vertical‑creator resources are a plus.
2. Familiar with tech communities on YouTube, X (Twitter), Reddit and other platforms; deep understanding of overseas science‑popularization content‑creation norms and trending topics.
3. Fluent written & spoken English for business scenarios; capable of independent outreach with overseas creators and industry partners.

【Specialization 2: Tier‑A Anime & Manga (ACG) Vertical】

Job Responsibilities：

1. Source, sign, incubate and deliver refined long‑term operations for Tier‑A core anime‑manga and pan‑entertainment creators for Bilibili US business. Immerse in the overseas US ACG community, and build a high‑quality, vibrant matrix of core overseas ACG creators.
2. Develop customized creator‑growth, empowerment and incentive programmes tailored to US‑based ACG creators and youth‑community culture. Help creators improve content quality, follower base and commercial value, and continuously lift retention and activity levels of core creators.
3. Deeply engage with local US ACG communities and youth sub‑cultures. Proactively partner with local clubs, creative groups and offline‑scene resources. Design and roll out anime‑themed campaigns, offline collaborative projects and community‑oriented creative mechanics adapted for overseas users, and revitalize the atmosphere of the ACG community.
4. Stay current with US anime‑manga and pan‑entertainment trends and sub‑cultural hot topics. Iterate vertical‑content and creator‑operation strategies in line with Bilibili’s platform DNA. Guide creators to deliver high‑quality ACG UGC content that matches local‑aesthetic preferences of overseas audiences.
5. Continuously monitor growth metrics of core creators, content‑production quality and shifts in community dynamics. Optimize operational practices via data reviews and user insights, and foster a highly‑engaged, active US‑based ACG creator ecosystem.

Job Requirements：

1. Genuine passion for anime‑manga / ACG culture. Well‑versed in overseas ACG community ecosystem, content styles and user tastes, with sharp sensitivity to pan‑entertainment sub‑culture hot topics.
2. Practical hands‑on experience in ACG / pan‑entertainment creator operations for content platforms. Familiar with the full workflow of creator sourcing, incubation, community management and growth‑enablement; proven ability to independently manage core creators.
3. Outgoing, sociable personality. Experienced in community collaboration, planning and executing offline events. Strong capabilities for community engagement, offline‑event organisation and resource integration.
4. Based in Los Angeles, USA. Familiar with US youth culture, local ACG communities and offline‑event landscapes, bringing advantages for localized sub‑culture operations.
5. Excellent communication and project‑execution skills. Capable of quickly aligning local‑community resources together with cross‑border teams to efficiently deliver creator‑operation and community‑event projects.

Preferred Qualifications：

1. Possess connections to local US ACG clubs and creator communities; proven successful cases delivering overseas ACG offline events and sub‑culture collaborations are a plus.
