Creator Marketing Executive
About Saint + Sofia
Saint and Sofia is a contemporary London ready-to-wear and accessories brand, digitally native and growing fast, with customers worldwide who care about style, sustainability and storytelling.
Since launching in January 2020, we’ve grown to over 500,000 customers globally. Our team holds the Investors in People Gold Award and was nominated for Employer of the Year.
At Saint and Sofia we are entrepreneurial, creative and passionate about the brand and our customers.
About the role
Saint and Sofia are looking for a Creator Marketing Executive, who will manage our creator programme end to end – from gifting and affiliate to paid partnerships – and build the plan to scale it across the UK, US and Europe.
Our creator community contributes enormously towards our performance. It drives brand awareness and trust, feeds our social and SEO content, brings new customers to the site and converts them through affiliate links and partnership ads. Long term, it builds a loyal community of brand advocates and ambassadors.
We're looking for someone who has already run a creator programme for a UK fashion or lifestyle retailer. You'll arrive with your own creator network, a clear point of view on what good looks like, and ideas for how our programme should grow as we expand into new markets.
Most of your focus will be the UK and US, where the majority of our customers are. European markets will grow as our website capability develops, and you'll help shape the plan for them.
Key responsibilities:
Programme strategy and growth
- Own the creator strategy for the UK and US, aligned to commercial targets, product launches and the marketing calendar
- Develop our existing programme with clear criteria, rewards and progression
- Present a 12-month scaling plan, including how and when to extend the programme into European markets
- Track competitor and peer-brand creator activity and bring new formats, platforms and partnership models to the team
Creator recruitment and relationships
- Identify, vet and onboard high quality new creators each month, using your existing network as well as platform discovery
- Manage our active roster of creators a month on rotation, keeping relationships warm and personal
- Negotiate fees, usage rights, exclusivity and commission terms for paid and affiliate partnerships
- Build a small group of long-term ambassadors who reflect our values of creativity, sustainability, quality and fairness
Campaigns and content
Write creator briefs for launches, hero products and seasonal moments, working with Social, SEO, Creative and Merchandising on priority products
- Run gifting campaigns end to end, from selection and outreach to delivery, tracking and follow-up
- Plan and host creator events and in-store experiences in London
- Secure usage rights and organise creator content so it can be reused across social, paid media, email, the website and blog
- Work with the Performance team to turn top creator content into partnership ads
Performance and reporting
- Set KPIs for the programme and each campaign, including reach, engagement, traffic, affiliate revenue, new customers and cost per acquisition
- Report weekly and monthly on programme performance by market, with clear recommendations
- Use data to decide which creators, products and formats to invest in, and which to stop
- Manage the creator budget (gifting stock, fees and commission) and report on return on spend
Operations
- Manage the partnerships inbox and Instagram DMs
- Keep the creator database accurate and up to date
- Manage discount codes, affiliate links, returns, exchanges and refunds with Customer Service and the fulfilment teams
- Manage the creator landing page and application forms
- Make sure all creator content meets ASA/CAP (UK) and FTC (US) disclosure rules
Tools we use
You'll run the programme on four platforms. Hands-on experience with at least two is essential.
LTK: Affiliate links, creator commission and sales tracking, especially in the US
Meta Creator Platform: Finding creators, managing collaborations and running partnership ads on Instagram and Facebook
Upfluence: Creator discovery, outreach, CRM, gifting workflows and campaign reporting
Google stack: (GA4, Sheets, Drive) Traffic and sales attribution, reporting dashboards and the creator database
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in creator or influencer marketing, including at least 18 months running a programme for a UK fashion, accessories or lifestyle retailer (in-house)
- A track record of scaling a programme – for example, growing the roster, revenue or new customers – with numbers to show for it
- An existing network of UK creators across fashion and lifestyle, and relationships with talent agents and managers
- Experience running creator activity in the US and European markets, or managing creators across more than one market
- Hands-on experience with LTK, Upfluence or Meta's creator tools, and confidence using GA4 to track traffic and sales
- Commercial judgement: comfortable negotiating fees and commission, managing a budget and reporting on return on spend
- Strong briefing and writing skills, and a good eye for content that fits a premium brand
- Working knowledge of ASA/CAP and FTC disclosure rules
- Highly organised, able to run many creator relationships and campaigns at once without losing the personal touch
Nice to have
- Experience at a premium contemporary British fashion brand selling direct to consumer
- Experience launching a creator programme in a new market
- Experience running creator events or in-store activations
- Familiarity with Shopify and discount code set-up
What success looks like
In your first 6 months
- You've audited the current programme and agreed a 12-month scaling plan
- You're onboarding new creators each month and working with our growing creator pool across the UK, US and Europe.
- Reporting is maintained, and accessible to key stakeholders
- A pipeline of creator content is feeding partnership ads, social and the website
By 12 months
- Creator-driven revenue and new customers are growing month on month in the UK and US
- A core group of long-term ambassadors is in place
- A tested plan is ready for rolling the programme out to our first European market
What we offer
- Salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience
- 21 days' holiday, increasing with service
- 5% matching pension
- Private medical insurance
- Generous clothing allowance
- Hybrid working, with 3 days a week in our Tower Bridge office
- Regular team social events
