Creator Manager & Business Development, focused on Social Commerce

creativehub helps creators turn their audiences into thriving businesses. We combine content, data and technology to grow creators of every kind and sell to their followers through social commerce: drops, campaigns and collaborations.

We're looking for a Creator Manager and Business Developer to win and grow a portfolio of creators, and drive their sales.

This is, first and foremost, a marketing and business-development job. You'll build relationships with talented, highly followed creators such as musicians, designers, illustrators, photographers, visual artists and other social creators. You will work with them and grow their revenue through social commerce. You'll own commercial outcomes and work to the numbers.

You don't need to come from any particular background. What matters is commercial drive, marketing ability, a feel for social, and a genuine interest in creators and the work they make.

What you'll do:

• Win and grow a portfolio of creators, owning the relationship and their commercial results

• Drive their sales through social commerce: drops, campaigns, collaborations, audience growth

• Plan and run digital and social marketing that converts a following into revenue

• Work to clear numbers, measure what you do, and act on the results

• Move fast, test ideas, and help shape how we grow creators as social commerce evolves

What we're looking for (essential):

• Business-development drive: you've won, grown or retained clients or customers, or driven revenue, and can show it

• Strong digital and social marketing, and a real understanding of social-led commerce

• Data-driven: you work to numbers and act on them

• Built for startup pace: hands-on, fast, resourceful and focused on results

• A genuine interest in creators and the creator economy

Welcome, not required:

• Experience working with creators, artists, musicians or talent

• A background in any creative field (music, design, visual art, film)...or none

• Experience with drops, live commerce, creator or affiliate commerce, or influencer marketing

• A social audience of your own

We are deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within our team, valuing the strength that comes from a wide range of cultures, backgrounds, and identities. We strive for fairness and respect in all aspects of our recruitment and employment practices.

If you are passionate about business development, transforming the art industry, making amazing engaging art accessible and growing artists' careers then we invite you to join our journey.
