About the Opportunity

The Lilac Agency is seeking an experienced, independent Creator Growth & Influencer Talent Strategy Consultant to provide specialized strategic support to established digital creators on our talent roster.

We are looking for a professional with a proven background in the creator economy and influencer talent management, ideally someone who has previously held a senior strategy, creator development, or talent leadership position at a digital talent management agency.

The ideal consultant understands how to grow and evolve an established creator’s personal brand, identify opportunities for audience development, and guide successful content and career pivots.

This is an external consulting partnership, not an internal employment opportunity. Engagements will be arranged on a project-by-project basis according to each creator’s individual needs and goals.

What You’ll Do

• Develop customized content strategies that strengthen each creator’s positioning, audience engagement, and long-term growth.
• Evaluate existing content performance and identify opportunities for improvement across social platforms.
• Advise creators on personal brand development, content pillars, storytelling, and creative direction.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for creators looking to transition into new content categories, including beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.
• Help creators evolve their content while maintaining audience authenticity and engagement.
• Provide strategic guidance on affiliate marketing platforms, including LTK, ShopMy, and Amazon, to support audience conversion and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with our internal talent management team to deliver actionable recommendations tailored to each creator’s goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Previous professional experience working on the talent side of the creator economy, preferably within a digital talent management agency, influencer management company, or creator development consultancy.
• Demonstrated experience developing growth, content, and personal branding strategies for established digital creators.
• Proven experience advising influencers on content evolution, audience growth, and career or category pivots.
• Strong understanding of the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle creator landscape.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategy and creator monetization.
• Ability to provide examples or case studies demonstrating measurable results from previous creator-focused consulting work.
• An established independent consulting practice or business offering creator strategy, talent development, or related advisory services.
• Experience in a senior talent management, Head of Talent, or creator strategy leadership role is highly valued.

Please note: This opportunity is specifically intended for professionals with hands-on experience developing and advising digital talent. Experience limited to brand-side marketing, campaign management, social media management, or content production does not meet the qualifications for this engagement.

Engagement Structure

This is an independent consulting opportunity, with engagements structured on a project-by-project or case-by-case basis.

Scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation will be determined individually based on each creator’s strategic needs.

This is not a full-time employment opportunity or an in-house social media management position.
