Creator Coordinator / Intern Internship

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Work Setting: On-site

About the Role

Support Puff Media’s creator, influencer, livestream host, and affiliate network across recruitment, campaign coordination, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Conduct creator and talent outreach
• Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, schedules, approvals, and deliverables
• Support creator onboarding and ongoing communication
• Maintain creator databases and talent information
• Track content status, engagement, campaign results, and creator performance
• Build long-term relationships with creators and talent
  

Requirements

• Background in marketing, communications, media, PR, or related field
• Experience with influencer marketing, creator relations, or social media preferred
• Strong understanding of TikTok and creator culture
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  

Compensation

Intern: Stipend or $18–$20/hour

Coordinator: $20–$30/hour based on experience and performance
