Creator Brand Partnerships
Brand Partnerships Manager - YOOF Talent
We’re a Gen-Z-first talent group. Management and production (film, TV and digital) under one roof. We represent a variety of digital-first young talent across a wide spectrum of creative mediums, building them within and beyond social media.
This role summarised? Get our roster in front of brands and bring the deals home.
Not a management role. Not an admin role. You don’t babysit talent, you don’t chase invoices, you don’t sit in on strategy calls. You build the client list, you pitch, you close.
What you’d actually be doing
- Building YOOF’s brand and agency relationships
- Writing creative pitches, sending brands ideas they couldn’t get anywhere else, built around specific creators, with reasoning as to why it has to be them.
- Running roster-wide outbound - every creator we sign is a new reason to call someone
- Negotiating and closing: fees, deliverables, usage, exclusivity, etc.
- Leading our industry community initiatives - thinking outside the box in how to bring the right people into the right rooms in a fun way that builds community & reputation within the industry
The deal
- £35,000–£45,000 base salary, £75,000+ if targets are hit
- Uncapped commission, built aggressively. We’d rather pay you a lot than cap you. If you’re good, your base should be a tiny fraction of your earnings.
- £2,500/year training and development budget
- Press, panels and conference placements funded by us
- Clear progression as the division grows
Heavily KPI-driven, and we mean it. You’ll know your targets from week one. Then we’ll get out of your way.
You’re right for this if
- You’ve generated new business in influencer talent, and can tell me your actual owned revenue number
- You’d rather pitch than manage
- You think in ideas, not in impressions
- You like being measured
You’re wrong for this if you need a warm lead to get started, or you’ve only ever worked an inbound inbox.
