Job Description:

We're looking for a Creative Producer to join our growing team in London. You'll work closely with our Creative Lead, Producers and Design team to develop and deliver standout brand experiences from concept through to execution. You'll play a key role in bringing ideas to life, helping shape creative concepts, sourcing and producing every detail, and ensuring every experience is delivered to the highest standard. We're looking for someone who gets excited by creating work that pushes boundaries, earns attention organically, and translates into memorable real-world experiences and highly shareable social content.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Production

  • Work with the Creative Lead to develop and deliver creative concepts from pitch through to live execution.
  • Create moodboards, pitch decks, creative storyboards and design briefs that clearly communicate ideas.
  • Brief and manage designers, freelancers and creative suppliers to ensure all creative assets meet the project vision.
  • Champion fresh thinking and contribute ideas that create industry-first experiences and social-first moments.


Production & Delivery

  • Work alongside Producers to ensure creative elements are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
  • Source furniture, styling, merchandise, print, installations and other creative event elements.
  • Build relationships with suppliers, obtain quotes, manage approvals and coordinate production timelines and logistics.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits and production planning sessions to translate creative ideas into actionable plans.


Live Events

  • Oversee the installation and styling of creative elements during event builds.
  • Support live event delivery, managing suppliers, troubleshooting on-site challenges and ensuring every detail reflects the creative vision.
  • Maintain an organised library of creative assets, suppliers, materials and production learnings for future projects.


Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in creative production, experiential marketing, events or a similar agency environment.
  • Proven experience delivering creative projects from concept through to execution.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A strong eye for design, styling and visual storytelling.
  • Confidence managing suppliers, freelancers and creative partners.
  • Comfortable balancing creative ambition with budgets, timelines and production realities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Creative, Production, Design and Client Services.
  • Experience using PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus.
  • A passion for social culture, design, influencer marketing and experiential, with a natural instinct for creating ideas people genuinely want to share.
