Creative Motion Designer - 6-month contractor

Role Overview

In this role, you will support the creative team by developing motion graphics, animation, and video content, while contributing to creative idea development. While your primary focus will be on Vietnam-based projects, you will also have opportunities to contribute to regional projects when your expertise is needed. You may also provide support to account managers during client meetings related to motion, animation, and video matters.

Key Scope of Work

• Supporting the creative team with motion/animation development, video editing, and creative idea input.
• Editing video content across various formats and platforms (from short-form social videos like TikTok/Reels to campaign promotional videos).
• Mainly involved in Vietnam-based projects, while contributing to regional ones when your help/expertise is required. This includes potential support to account managers during client meetings related to motion, animation, and video production.
• Working collaboratively with the creative team to meet client KPIs, assisting other departments if needed, and generating positive business results for the agency.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer / Video Editor (agency experience is a plus).
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and relevant design software (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of motion principles, typography, composition, and video editing techniques.
• Proficiency or familiarity with CapCut (especially for fast-turnaround, short-form, or trend-driven social content) is a strong plus.
• Ability to brainstorm, pitch creative concepts, and turn static assets into engaging visual motion stories.
• Good time management, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment, and willingness to collaborate closely with team leads and account teams.
