For our client, we are seeking a Corporate Marketing, Head of Content - Managing Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This senior marketing leader will own the content strategy and editorial direction for a global audience, with a strong focus on translating complex business themes into clear, compelling narratives. The role will partner closely with business leaders and senior stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent, credible, and aligned to strategic priorities. In addition, this individual will build the governance, processes, and performance measurement needed to scale content with discipline and impact.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $275,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content for social media channels
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns using data insights
  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate complex themes into engaging narratives
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging framework across social platforms
  • Develop governance protocols for social media community management
  • Establish performance benchmarks and present insights to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required
  • 10+ years of experience scaling content according to a defined strategy, ideally in financial services
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance vision and execution
  • Experience building processes and governance frameworks around content
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance processes in content management
