The Role
The TikTok Shop Operations Coordinator will support a multi-brand TikTok Shop program spanning some of professional beauty's most recognizable brands, with real GMV targets, real creator relationships, and real impact. This is the first dedicated coordinator for the portfolio, offering cross-functional exposure to creator programs, LIVE commerce, events, and channel strategy, plus true ownership as the work shows up directly in the numbers. We're looking for someone bright, energetic, genuinely curious about TikTok, and ready to move quickly, figure things out, and help write the playbook as the channel scales.

Key Responsibilities
- Creator Program Operations: Supports recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking against GMV and posting targets; manages briefs, samples, affiliate links, and seeding logistics (FBT + DTC)
- Creator Program Operations: Runs sprint execution, including tiered incentives, prize fulfillment, and re-engagement
- TikTok LIVE Support: Coordinates LIVE logistics (scheduling, product prep, run-of-show) and aligns sessions with key selling moments; monitors live sessions and builds out playbooks and best practices
- Events & Activations: Supports creator summits, activations, and content days, including invites, gifting, and on-site coordination locally; tracks post-event output such as content, GMV, and creator sentiment
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintains weekly GMV/performance dashboards across brands and agencies; pulls data from TikTok Shop Seller Center and flags trends and anomalies early
- Agency & Partner Coordination: Serves as day-to-day point of contact for agency partners; tracks action items and coordinates asset delivery and timelines
- Seller Center & Inventory: QAs listings and pricing across storefronts and maintains SKU-level FBT inventory tracking
- Seller Center & Inventory: Coordinates inbound shipments against key event deadlines (e.g., BFCM, DFYD)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 1–3 years in influencer marketing, creator ops, social commerce, or e-commerce
- Hands-on TikTok Shop experience (Seller Center, Creator Marketplace, or affiliate); strong Excel/Sheets skills — builds trackers, not just fills them
- Genuinely obsessed with TikTok — thinks critically about what works and why
- Curious about the psychology of sales and conversion
- A self-starter who juggles multiple brands calmly under pressure
- Clear, confident written communicator
- Preferred: Beauty/personal care/CPG background; FBT logistics or TikTok Shop inventory experience
- Preferred: Live commerce, in-person event, or agency coordination experience
- Preferred: Experience creating content themselves
