Coordinator, Creator Economy M&A

RockWater is a boutique Merger & Acquisition advisory firm focused on the creator economy. That means we help our clients buy and sell businesses and assets as a highly specialized financial advisor. We're hiring a Coordinator, Creator Economy M&A based in NYC (in-office), full-time, 1–2 years of experience.

Who this is for: Someone with 12–24 months of experience at a Hollywood/talent agency, creator management company or MCN, digital/social agency, creator-led studio, modern media operator, creator-economy tech company, or in-house creator/influencer marketing team. Common thread: you're already obsessed with creators and media, you know how to run a desk or a campaign, and you want to step into deal-making.

This role is the front door — you’ll be supporting buyer outreach campaigns and tracking, M&A documents prep, social and newsletter content, event logistics, and market research. This is how you learn the building blocks of a modern M&A advisory firm that runs on relationships, content, and systems — not just spreadsheets. Financial modeling exposure comes over time, but what we need right now is someone intelligent, proactive, and genuinely obsessed with creators, media, and systems. If that excites you, keep going.
