Role Definition:

The role of Writer is to be responsible for the daily publishing of Augustus brands. Executives at Augustus are responsible for the day to day tactical management of all content. They play a crucial role in ensuring deliverables are met.

Job Description:

• Write, edit, and proofread content for various digital channels and platforms
• Research and develop engaging content in multiple formats (text, audio, video)
• Attend weekly editorial and strategy meetings
• Create and manage a monthly content calendar
• Contribute content to Augustus Media brands
• Collaborate with the commercial team to support digital media sales initiatives and client campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, media, communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation; experience in the business or media sector is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms and social media tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and web analytics is a plus
• Interest or experience in video presenting is an advantage
