Content & Social Media Manager

This is a senior individual contributor and people leadership role sitting at the heart of our marketing function. You'll own the Group's content strategy and social media presence – setting direction, maintaining standards and leading a small team – while rolling up your sleeves to produce and govern high-quality content across every channel.

It's a broad role with real influence. You'll work across Wealth, Employee Benefits, the Academy and Professional Connections, partnering with Channel Marketing leads, PR, Events and senior consultants to bring campaigns to life and ensure every asset we put into the world is sharp, on-brand and purposeful.

What we're looking for:

• proven experience in a content or social media leadership role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
• strong content creation skills across multiple formats – written, social, video briefs, email and paid social
• hands-on experience with paid social strategy and performance, particularly LinkedIn
• the ability to lead and develop others, providing clear direction and constructive feedback
• excellent editorial judgement and a genuine eye for quality
• comfortable working across multiple workstreams with a range of stakeholders
