Role Overview

The Content Production Intern will work directly alongside our Creative Producer and the larger creative team to support the day-to-day operations of DIVE Studios Korea's content ecosystem. This is a hands-on role designed for a digitally savvy, culturally plugged-in individual who is passionate about K-pop, Korean entertainment, and the evolving landscape of social media content.

You will support content ideation, trend research, production logistics, and administrative coordination—gaining real-world experience across the full content production cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry professionals and contribute meaningfully to one of the world's leading K-pop media companies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Research

  • Assist in brainstorming and pitching ideas for original content formats, series, and social media.
  • Research topics, talent, cultural moments, and audience insights to support the editorial calendar.
  • Compile and present trend reports on platform-specific content, Gen Z behavior, and Korean entertainment news.
  • Monitor competitor channels and industry benchmarks to identify creative opportunities.
  • Research/source IP-fit guests, and manage initial outreach and communications.

Trend & Social Media Monitoring

  • Track real-time trends across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.
  • Stay up to date on K-pop and Korean entertainment news, fandom activity, and viral moments.
  • Surface culturally relevant opportunities to the Creative Producer and content team on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain a shared trend log or internal digest for the broader content team.

Production Support

  • Assist with pre-production planning including scheduling, call sheets, location coordination, and talent logistics.
  • Support on-set or in-studio during video shoots and content capture days.
  • Help coordinate with editors, motion designers, and other post-production collaborators.
  • Assist in organizing and archiving raw footage, assets, and project files.
  • Produce end-to-end short-form content.

Production Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update the editorial content calendar.
  • Track project timelines and flag upcoming deadlines to the Creative Producer.
  • Assist in preparing decks, briefs, and internal documentation.
  • Coordinate approvals, feedback rounds, and file handoffs between teams.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the creative team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders across the wider company.
  • Participate in team brainstorms, creative reviews, and weekly syncs.
  • Support the execution of branded content and sponsored campaigns as needed.

Who We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program (Communications, Media Studies, Film, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Deeply passionate about K-pop, Korean entertainment, and digital culture—you don't just follow trends, you feel them before they happen.
  • Highly attuned to social media platforms and the type of content that resonates with Gen Z audiences.
  • Fully bilingual in Korean and English (spoken and written)—this is a firm requirement given our global audience and team.
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A clear and proactive communicator who takes initiative without needing to be asked twice.
  • Comfortable—and energized—in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for content.
  • Basic proficiency in video editing and content creation, with the ability to produce creative, social-first short-form content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Monday, Figma, or project management software is a bonus.

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience working at the forefront of K-pop and Korean entertainment media.
  • Direct mentorship from experienced creative producers and content strategists.
  • Exposure to the full content production lifecycle—from ideation to publishing.
  • A front-row seat to branded content partnerships with global entertainment names.
  • A collaborative, creative, and culturally rich work environment in Seoul.
  • Potential for extended engagement or full-time consideration based on performance.
