Content Manager - [1,200€ - 1,500€]
At ARCH., we run high-performance influencer campaigns for games and digital products across Europe, North America, and South America. Our goal is to become the world’s leading influencer performance agency, and we are building a team of professionals who are ready to work, grow, and push for excellence every day.
This role is demanding, fast-paced, and highly performance-driven. If you want an environment where your effort is noticed, your results matter, and your growth is rapid, you will fit in.
What will you do:
You will own the execution of influencer campaigns from the moment a deal is signed until all content is delivered, published, and performance data is captured. You'll work closely with creators, Sales Managers and your Campaign Lead to make sure campaigns run on time, and content meets the required standard.
Core Responsibilities:
Campaign onboarding
- Receive the handoff from the Sales Manager and review the signed deal, campaign brief, deliverables, timelines, and requirements.
- Make sure you understand exactly what was agreed before starting execution.
- Identify potential execution risks early and flag anything that could affect the campaign.
- Keep campaign information organized and make sure the right information is available to everyone who needs it.
Brief creators
- Use the approved campaign brief and translate it into creator-facing instructions.
- Make sure creators understand deliverables, deadlines, creative requirements, brand rules, mandatory messages, links, QR codes, assets, and other publication requirements.
Manage creative execution
- Coordinate creators throughout the content creation process and keep the campaign calendar moving.
- Review scripts and videos before publication or client approval.
- Make sure the content follows the campaign brief and brand requirements.
- Check whether the content makes sense, communicates the message clearly, and has the right emotional impact.
- Suggest new creative angles when the content can be stronger.
- Coordinate revisions and make sure creators implement feedback correctly.
- Submit content for client review when required.
Manage delivery and deadlines
- Track submissions, revisions, approvals, and publications across multiple campaigns.
- Follow up with creators when deliverables are late or at risk.
- Keep the campaign schedule accurate and up to date.
- Escalate risks early instead of waiting for deadlines to become problems.
- Make sure all contracted content is completed and published.
Track performance and learnings
- Track creator and content performance once campaigns are live.
- Compile campaign results and make sure performance data is captured correctly.
- Identify what worked, what didn't, and what should we change for next time.
- Document your learnings in the creator's CRM record.
Your work ends when all contracted content is completed and published, operational issues are closed, performance data is captured, and the campaign is handed back to the Campaign Lead for account-level follow-up.
Expected Outcomes:
- Creators clearly understand what is expected and deliver content that meets the campaign requirements.
- Content requires minimal corrections because briefs and feedback are clear.
- All contracted deliverables are completed, approved, and published.
- Risks, late deliverables, and execution problems are identified and escalated early.
- Campaign performance data is captured accurately and on time.
- Campaign performance and learnings are identified and documented.
- The Campaign Lead receives a complete campaign handoff and does not need to chase missing information.
At ARCH., we take execution seriously. These outcomes are non-negotiable for long-term success in this role.
What We’re Looking For:
Cultural Fit
- High personal standards; never satisfied with “OK.”
- Strong ownership. When something is yours, you make sure it gets done.
- Competitive, driven, and ready to take responsibility for the outcome.
- Honest communicator who gives and receives feedback well.
- Not discouraged by difficult creators, difficult content, or tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Resourceful. When something goes wrong, you look for a solution instead of waiting for someone else to fix it.
- Fast learner who can quickly understand a new campaign, client, creator, or product.
- Accountable. You don't need to be constantly chased to follow up, solve problems, or finish what you started.
Skills & Experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in campaign management, project management, influencer marketing, content production or a similar role.
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
- Strong understanding of social media content and influencer marketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give clear, practical feedback.

- Able to judge whether content is logical, engaging, emotionally effective, and aligned with the campaign objective.
- Comfortable working with performance data and using it to identify content-level learnings.
- Able to manage difficult conversations and follow up when creators miss deadlines or requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep several campaigns moving at the same time.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with gaming, digital products, creators, social media platforms, or influencer campaigns is a strong advantage.
