Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Durée & Company, an award-winning boutique PR and marketing firm, is looking for a sharp, talented multitasker to join its South Florida office (West Broward). This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities include

• Collaborate with agency personnel and clients directly.
• Design and implement social media strategy aligned with business goals across industries.
• Create engaging copy that follows proper grammar and AP Style.
• Set objectives and report on ROI.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (text, photos, videos, news).
• Develop new content for Instagram Reels.
• Go to client locations or events to acquire content.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries, and monitor reviews.
• Suggest and implement features to build brand awareness, like promotions and contests.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic via Google Analytics and report on campaign effectiveness against KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Content Creator and/or Social Media Manager; minimum five years of social media experience, agency experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Media, Marketing, PR, or a related field (a combination of work experience and education will be considered).
• Hands-on experience with scheduling tools such as Planoly, Sprout Social, and Sked Social.
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to deliver text, image, and video content.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, plus Constant Contact and/or MailChimp.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office, WordPress, Adobe suite, Canva, and iMovie; proficient on a Mac.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required.
