Your Day-to-Day

• Create, produce, and optimize engaging TikTok content that supports brand awareness, audience growth, and marketing objectives.
• Research emerging TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates to develop timely, high-performing organic content.
• Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut and Canva while maintaining consistent brand quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Creative team and cross-functional teams to execute content campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
• Represent the brand on camera when needed, creating authentic, relatable, and audience-first content.
• Monitor content performance and apply insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and overall content effectiveness.

Who We’re Looking For

• Have 1+ year of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, TikTok Content, or a related role, with a portfolio of organic content.
  
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, content formats, and organic growth strategies.
  
• Proficient in short-form video editing using CapCut and visual content creation using Canva.
  
• Create compelling on-camera content confidently, with experience producing authentic UGC-style videos.
  
• Collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple content priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, social media trends, and creating content that resonates with target audiences.
