Commitment: 5 to 15 hours per week

Format: Hybrid

Compensation: Paid hourly internship

About the role:

We are looking for a creative, fast-moving intern to support our team with campaign-based content production.

You will collaborate directly with our founder on content ideas, supported by the wider team, and help turn those ideas into engaging social-first content for a range of clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making content, works efficiently and understands what feels current across TikTok and Instagram. While most assignments will be connected to active client campaigns, you may also support internal content and other creative projects as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate on content ideas, concepts and executions
  • Execute and deliver a minimum of 30 short form videos a week across three projects
  • Turn campaign briefs, scripts and references into short-form videos
  • Source relevant footage, visuals, sounds, memes and cultural references
  • Create multiple hooks, edits and variations from a single concept
  • Help the team produce a high volume of campaign content efficiently
  • Make revisions based on internal and client feedback

What the work looks like

You will work closely with our founder to brainstorm and develop content ideas, with creative and strategic support from the wider team. Once a direction is established, you will help bring it to life through short-form video.

Weekly output will vary depending on the complexity of each campaign. Some weeks may involve a larger number of simple, template-based videos and variations, while others may focus on fewer, more involved pieces of content.

The goal is to help the team consistently turn strong campaign ideas into polished, platform-native creative.

You might be a fit if you

  • Spend a lot of time on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Understand what makes short-form content feel natural and engaging
  • Have experience creating or editing videos, even for personal or student projects
  • Can take a reference or early idea and help develop it into finished content
  • Work quickly and respond well to direct feedback
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Can shift between different brand voices and creative styles
  • Are organized, dependable and responsive
  • Are based in New York City or Dallas and can occasionally work in person

Professional agency experience is not required. We care more about creative instinct, execution and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll learn

  • How campaign ideas become social-first content
  • How an agency develops creative work across different clients
  • How to collaborate on concepts within a larger creative team
  • How to create within different brand voices and visual identities
  • How to improve hooks, pacing and platform relevance
  • How creative teams review, revise and deliver client work
