Job Description

• Develop creative content ideas, concepts, and storylines for TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content production.

• Produce short-form video content from concept development and scripting to shooting and editing.

• Act as an on-camera talent for content, including presenting, storytelling, product demonstrations, and trend-based videos.

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and audience preferences to create relevant and engaging content.

• Monitor and analyze content performance, including views, reach, engagement, and other relevant metrics.

• Continuously improve content quality and creative approaches based on performance insights and feedback.

Job Specifications

• Proven experience in content creation, video production, social media, or a related field.

• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera, with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Able to independently develop content ideas and execute the production process from concept to final output.

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends.

• Basic to intermediate skills in video shooting and editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.

• Creative, expressive, adaptable, and comfortable experimenting with different content styles and formats.

• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to receive and implement feedback.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple content deliverables.

Portfolio Requirement

• A portfolio is strongly preferred and will be a key consideration in the selection process.

• Candidates should provide video samples or a portfolio demonstrating their content creation, on-camera performance, and video production skills.

• Portfolios showcasing both content produced independently and experience as an on-camera talent will be highly valued.
