# Content Creator Wanted — Gorilla Property Services 🦍📱
**Location:** Dallas, TX | Toronto, ON | Vancouver, BC (must reside in one of these three)

## We're Looking for Someone Who Can Make Property Services... Actually Fun to Watch!
Gorilla Property Services is growing fast, and our franchisees are out there doing great work every day — but nobody's telling that story yet. That's where you come in!
We need a **Content Creator** who can grab a camera, roll up to a job site, and turn "another day of property maintenance" into scroll-stopping content. Think reels that make people laugh, TikToks that make people share, and LinkedIn posts that make people take us seriously (when it counts).
## What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Traveling to franchise locations to **film on-site content** with our teams
- **Editing** everything yourself — no handing footage off and hoping for the best
- Creating short-form video for **Instagram Reels and TikTok** that's punchy, funny, and on-brand
- Writing and designing **polished LinkedIn posts** that build credibility with franchise partners and prospects
- **Posting and managing** the content calendar across platforms
- Bringing **humor** into everything without losing the professionalism our brand needs
## What You Need to Bring
- **Proven experience** filming and editing short-form video (show us your reel/portfolio)
- A strong sense of humor and comedic timing — you know what makes people stop scrolling
- Comfort switching tone between "funny TikTok" and "credible LinkedIn thought leadership," sometimes in the same day
- Your own gear or willingness to work with provided equipment
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to franchise sites
- **Must currently live in Dallas TX, Toronto ON, or Vancouver BC** — this is non-negotiable, as you'll be on-site with franchisees regularly
