Community Manager (5968)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Community Manager to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.

SALARY: $65,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram — not just usage but genuine platform fluency
• Lives on social media, naturally engaging with conversations, trends, and community activity
• Strong responsiveness and community-mindedness — actively engages in DMs, comments, mentions, and tags
• Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work independently through daily/weekly checklists
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — notices opportunities, trends, and problems without prompts
• Authenticity in representing the brand — personable, relaxed, socially savvy, capable of natural communication
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage daily engagement across TikTok and Instagram, including DMs, comments, mentions, and notifications
• Build relationships with customers, creators, influencers, and potential partners
• Identify opportunities through community activity, content, trends, and conversations
• Track and follow up on customer questions, requests, leads, and partnership prospects
• Develop creative strategies to grow and activate the community
• Collaborate with the owner to test new engagement ideas and improve community interaction
• Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions
