Role Description This is a part-time remote college internship. Interns will support talent managers and staff with day-to-day tasks such as researching digital creators and trends, compiling talent and brand partnership lists, and assisting with social media monitoring and reporting. Responsibilities may include preparing decks and materials for client meetings, tracking campaign deliverables, updating internal databases and documents, and coordinating calendars and scheduling. Interns will help with event logistics, administrative tasks, and communication across internal teams while gaining exposure to talent management, brand collaborations, and the broader entertainment landscape. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn directly from industry professionals.


Please note: This is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be eligible to receive college credit as compensation for this internship. Candidates selected to move forward in the interview process will need to submit proof that they are able to receive academic credit for their time interning with Outshine and will be disqualified if they are unable to do so.


Qualifications

  • Strong interest in digital media, entertainment, social platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and creator culture.
  • Proficient research, writing, and basic content creation skills; ability to synthesize information clearly and accurately.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic spreadsheet and presentation tools.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and professional demeanor in client-facing and internal interactions.
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn, open to feedback, and able to take initiative while following guidance and processes.
  • Current enrollment in a college or university program; previous internship or campus experience in media, marketing, entertainment, or related fields is a plus.


Internship Program Details


  • Must be able to earn college credit for an internship
  • Runs from September 14, 2026 –Dec 18, 2026 or January 18, 2027 - May 28, 2027
  • Time commitment expectation of 20 hours per week
