Client Services Manager

Airtraffic is a video production company that primarily supports video game studios. We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to manage day-to-day client communications: routing deliverables, collecting feedback, running kickoff calls, and acting as a primary point of contact across multiple accounts.

The Work:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for various clients around the world
• Deliver assets and updates to clients in a timely manner in accordance with client specifications
• Collect, clarify, clean up, and route feedback to internal teams
• Flag client concerns, risks, or questions to the correct internal stakeholders
• Keep communication organized and easy to track across all delivery platforms
• Maintain internal documentation for client processes and preferences

You:

• Have experience in client/customer-facing roles
• Love talking to and collaborating with other people
• Have experience using project management tools like Notion, Asana, Wrike, or similar
• Have a working understanding of video editing and graphic design processes
• Can communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spoken
• Are able to relay feedback between two parties without losing nuance or important details
• Can manage multiple projects and communication threads at once without issue
• Love playing video games
• Have a fast and reliable internet connection
